Advanced Concentrator with CTO Module - ACCM
Advanced Concentration + Catalytic Oxidation Module
Industrial Applications
The patented ACCM system is specifically designed for workplace environments and low-flow, low-concentration organic exhaust streams. In addition to treating VOC emissions from process equipment in accordance with applicable emission requirements, industries are placing increasing emphasis on workplace health and safety.
ACCM is designed to treat low-flow, low-concentration fugitive or intermittent VOC emissions generated during manufacturing processes, helping reduce the impact of organic vapors on personnel, equipment, and the surrounding work environment.
Operating Principle
The ACCM system integrates a concentration unit and a catalytic oxidation unit through a patented system design.
Low-concentration exhaust is drawn by the ACCM system fan into the concentration unit, where VOCs are physically adsorbed onto a high-efficiency hydrophobic adsorbent. The adsorbed VOCs are then desorbed using hot air at approximately 180°C.
The concentrated VOC stream is directed to the catalytic oxidation unit and treated at approximately 200°C. After catalytic oxidation, the high-temperature clean gas passes through a heat recovery system and the recovered thermal energy is reused for desorption in the concentration unit.
